We do not store your documents
Doc Suite does not collect, store, or retain your documents or the text you upload. Files and content you submit are used only to run the tool you chose (e.g. summarization, conversion, redaction). Processing happens in memory for the duration of your request; we do not save your files to our servers or use them for training, analytics, or any other purpose.
What we don't do
- We do not store your PDFs or uploaded files.
- We do not use your content to train models or improve AI.
- We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Processing
When you use a tool, your file or text is sent to our server to produce the result (e.g. a summary or converted output). That processing is done for your request only. We do not keep copies of your inputs or outputs after the response is sent to you.
Accounts & rate limiting
Tools require a free account. We store your account identifier and daily usage count in our database to enforce credit limits (3 tool uses per day on the free plan, plus any awarded credits you have earned). If you submit feedback anonymously, we may store your IP address only to limit abuse (e.g. too many posts per hour) — not to track your documents. See the FAQ for how credits work.
